Again...

We are moving AGAIN...this time out of QC and MUCH MUCH closer to Jeffs office! We are actually really excited about the move. Even the boys! The house is in a great area called Las Sendas and the house fits us PERFECTLY. This house was a bit too small for us and some of us...not naming names... (AJ and Trevor) need their own space so we are headed out on a new adventure away from where we have lived since we moved to AZ.

Too little...too late!

No pictures this post  our computer is not acting the way it should so Jeff is taking it to work to have it "jump started"...no idea what that means but it sounds exciting..hmmmm. I shouldn't complain because if it weren't for his brains we would be paying ridiculously huge amounts of money to fix it soooooooo.....

The past month has been crazy so I thought I'd sum it all up for you starting with July 13th....

July 13-20th
  • WE WENT TO DISNEYLAND!!! It was a blast and I wish I had pictures to post because we tried out some new things while we were there. Dylan got to ride everything except 2 rides...he loved space mountain! We also had the chance to ride on the original Star Tours ride before it closed down until next year when they unveil a whole new Star Tours...the boys and Jeff are excited but it's also sad at the same time. I'm just glad all our boys had the chance to ride it before it went away!
July 26th
  • Dylans 4th Birthday!
July 29th
  • Trevors 9th Birthday!
July 31st
  • Dylans Birthday Party! It was a success and I think the kids had a lot of fun. Dylan wanted everything Toy Story and myself and all of his friends delivered to say the least!
  • To all of you that came THANK YOU! Sorry thank you cards didn't make it....is there such a thing as belated thank you cards??!
  • We got him the TV game from the Disneyland ride Toy Story Mania and HE LOVES IT!
August 3rd
  • Decided that a traditional school was a best fit for Trevor....signed him up for one...decided AJ needed it too so signed them both up for Legacy...decided I need to let go and let my oldest get older as much as I hate it and removed them from Legacy...kept Trevor in Combs Traditional Academy

  • Missed meet the teacher night at the Middle School because of the whole fiasco
August 5th
  • Trevors meet the teacher night....he asked me later which school was stricter because he suddenly realized that his teacher....who is very nice....means business!
August 6th
  • A creative energy took over my body and I've been going crazy since! This day I decided to paint Dylans room..kind of a "your a big boy now going to preschool soon and for that I'm doing this" kind of thing...we decided on orange...he wanted red..red is angry says Cami Dean...I don't want an angry Dylan so we decided on a color in the red family as Dylan puts it.
August 9th
  • School started!! It seriously couldn't have come soon enough....it was definitely time and so far the boys are both loving their schools and after all that I ran around doing I think we made the right choice for our family
  • Started walking/jogging 3 miles a day. I was running 2 a day at night but now that I've re-experienced mornings I LOVE it! I walk Trevor to school and then jog part way back...why part way back and not all the way back...because I HATE RUNNING UP HILL and that's what I got myself into.
August 10th
  • My baby started preschool...I'm lonely but I get so much done in those 4 hours a week and yes I cried and yes I had full blown anxiety and will admit I tried to subconsciencly talk Dylan out of it....I'm so happy I didn't and he loves it and now I love it and would have regretted backing out...when do they get so big I seriously can't handle it!
August 11th
  • Scentsy Par-Tay! I have some seriously amazing friends and I loved hanging out with them all at my house....we need to do that more often!
  • I made a weird dip I will never make again! Jalapeno chutney....ewwwww..mint, cilantro, basil and jalapeno don't mix in my opinion.
August 12th
  • Jeff's project got extended AGAIN!!! YUCK yuck yuck! But I'm so proud of him and all that he is doing for his family. He sacrifices so much and just keeps truckin through it...he amazes me! And it's only one more month right??! I've said that so many times it's ridiculous....
  • Painted my downstairs bathroom finally..light blue..kind of a nature theme..Cami Dean cut out some bare vinyl trees that I love!
  • Went right on to a bookshelf project and took a old bookshelf..painted it ivory, stenciled for the first time EVER on some 50's-ish birds and branches to go with my 50's inspired and colored loft/office...I think it was successful!
  • Went to a Relief Society activity and made the cutest journal thanks to Jessica Alvey...it was good to get out of the house and away from my disaster of a house thanks to my "projects"
  • Oh and I went to the store without any children for the first time in FOREVER since Dylan was in school and it was AWESOME!
August 13th
  • Finished bookshelf
  • Kids finished first week of school
  • Learned how to pin and cut out a pattern for a apron thanks to Shelley Blair! This was so exciting for me because I have been wanting to learn how to sew for so long and although I haven't gotten to the actual sewing part just defeating the pattern was huge!
  • I hit my 40lb mark! I have now lost 40 pounds..I feel great and am so excited for myself!
So that's about it...busy for us maybe not too exciting for you but we are loving life!

Truth and Dare

My Birthday is in a little over 5 weeks so what better way to count down the days but to do a One Hundred Push Up Challenge??!(click the link to join in)

If I can't do this I can't have a Birthday...oh wait wouldn't that be incentive to not finish? I'm not at that age anymore where I want one...well if you know me I really do want one because I love Birthdays but the age part not so much. Soooo...if I finish I will get a reward for my birthday. What you ask? I don't know...ideas??!

The truth is I'm loving losing weight and regardless when my Birthday is I love this challenge..now the 200 squats one I don't know so much about.

Happy Independence Day!!

I think this 4th of July was one of my favorites in such a long time. It reminded me of when I was a kid, I used to love this holiday growing up.

Family would come over, we would BBQ, we always went all out on fireworks and it would last all night long...I really miss that.

This year we kept it pretty simple; food, pool, movies, family and fireworks!

Jeff's sister, Melissa and her husband Mike and their cute little Lorelai came over to spend the holiday with us and it was a lot of fun!

Sooooo... the pictures are all super small because for some reason they didn't transfer off my phone in that great of a quality. Who knows!

We made an American Flag out of homemade mini cupcakes!

I made my men wear matching shirts

Dyl ate LOTS of food

It was Lorelai's first 4th!!
She loves her Giraffe the boys bought her the day she was born.

We watched a movie in the pool as the sun went down

The boys launched off of Mike's shoulders A LOT!

...and made serious splashes with their cannonballs!

Jeff towed Dylan around...until he found the noodle

It was pretty much a great night finished with fireworks and a much needed long night of sleep....it's not often when Dyl asks to go to bed!

Thanks Melissa, Mike and Lorelai for spending your fourth of July with us!!!

M.I.A.

I haven't really been in the blogging mood...it's a selfish thing! It's always something with three boys and all of them at home, trying to keep them busy and not driving me CRAZY!!Plus I never really know if anyone looks at this thing anymore so sometimes I just think whats the point??!

A lots been going on so far this summer. We have been keeping cool going to tons of movies. Like every year we got the Summer Movie passes from Harkins but pretty much every week I think we have gone to another movie too...there are just so many good movies out right now! Of course the pool has been fun too, we had our first movie night (sort of) outside while we swam last night while we waited for the fireworks to start...pictures in another post. Jeff and I have been trying to keep up the date night thing but it's so hard with all the work he's been getting in. I feel like I don't see him much anymore but he says that he's about a month away from being done with the project and then he will be back to normal hours!! I can't wait to have him home at dinner again and I'm even more excited to see him on the weekends..I sure hope everything that's supposed to happens from all this does.

The best news of the summer is we are going to DISNEYLAND!!! We didn't think we would get to do anything super fun this summer just the basics because of Jeff's schedule right now but he needs a break...WE ALL NEED A BREAK! and so he's going to take a week off to take us before he starts the testing on what he's doing. We are super excited and so GRATEFUL for all the hard work he puts in to make our family trips possible.
Only about a month until school is back up and running...AJ starts middle school this year. I'm pretty sure I'm less ready for this than he is I'm getting anxiety just typing about it!! Dylan and Trevor's birthdays are coming up too....LIFE IS MOVING WAY TOO FAST LATELY!! How could my baby be turning 4? How could my Trevy Woo be turning 9??! And preschool...when did preschool happen??!!

OK enough this post is stressing me out! HA!

We hope everyone's summers are going as great as ours!!

So I've decided after 3 years of putting my life on hold to have a baby that I am obviously not ready for to begin a new journey that will hopefully help me in many journeys to come....I Jennifer LeahAnne Stout am going to run a 10 mile run in November followed by a half marathon in January! I know what your thinking I'm crazy and nuts and how do I plan on doing that in the shape I'm in BUT I have faith I will succeed and will prove to not only my self but all those on lookers that have in the past or present doubted me.

I'm really excited about it actually to be honest! I've been wanting to do this since the first morning I saw Cody Brewster and Melanie Scott run and found out that they do this every single day! Something I always envied others doing I am now going to do and I can't wait!!!! I'm lucky to have such an informed friend in Suzanne Graham who has given me so much knowledge in what I need to do to train.

I don't usually post personal progress on here but this is such a huge deal for me I felt it needed to be said....I'll be posting periodically on my achievements!

Wish me luck!

With all of my heart.....

I was looking through my phone and all the pictures of Dylan being his original goofy self made me laugh.

He is always saying something hilarious..most of the time when I tell Jeff what he said he thinks I made it up because he's so clever. He dances around in his own groove and puts the rest of us to shame with his moves. I'll admit he's very spoiled and stubborn but even when he's upset over usually the most silliest things I can't help but to have to hold back a laugh because he says the most random things when he gets frustrated.

He makes the coolest things out of legos...its amazing how he puts them together all on his own ~ in fact he refuses help because like any 3 year old "he can do it himself!"

Letting go of the fact that he dumped the garbage out of the wastebasket for this little stunt....he came up to me and said, "look mom I'm astronaut man!" He went through a faze where everything and anything he picked up or did he would become the super hero of it....he was blanket man, cereal man, chalk man....and that all in an hour.

....and when he sleeps he still looks like the tiny baby I brought home 3 and a half years ago....

He'll hide....now you go and seek!

The Easter Bunny came to our house and hid eggs all over the backyard!!

Dylan started finding them as soon as we opened the curtains..I'm so glad he liked it because he really didn't care much about the Easter Bunny coming whenever we would talk about it but once he realized that he leaves baskets of fun and eggs everywhere he suddenly was interested!

AJ and Trevor pretty much let their lil' bro find the eggs but every once in a while they couldn't help find one.

One more egg was left...where did that silly bunny leave it??!!

Look at all the fun eggs Dylan found in the backyard!!

Happy Easter everyone we hope that you have a great day with family and friends!!

Buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks

On opening day the teams paraded the field and took turns displaying their banners!

Trevors team is the one in blue they are the ROCKHOUNDS!!! I didn't get a good picture of AJ's team :o( He's playing for the A's!

Now playing for the Rockhounds #9 TREVOR STOUT!!!
He has spent 2 years practicing and dreaming of being pitcher and then the first day of practice he tried catching and pitching was suddenly in the back of his mind....it was hard to swallow until we saw him in ACTION!

So far Trevors stats are: up to bat 5 times
Struck out ~ 1x
Walked ~ 3x's
Walked because he got hit in the shoulder by the ball ~ 1x

Dylan likes to play at the parks while his brothers are busy playing their games...every once in a while I catch him cheering for his brothers though so he's giving the sitting and watching thing a chance every now and then.

Now up to bat for the A's playing right field #11 AJ STOUT!!!!
AJ has only played one game so far...they got jipped because of the Hit-A-Thon.

AJ's stats for the first game of the season
Strikout ~ 1x
Walked and stole second ~ 1x

Trevor suiting up in a hurry for the 1st inning of game 2..the equipment is so heavy he is so tired by the end of the game from taking it off and putting it on and getting up and down for wild pitches.

Hey ump back up!
He says that the ump freaks him out because he gets so close to watch the ball...

Great start to an awesome season!!

Stat updates weekly so check back often!!

Our newest niece LORELAI!!

We were so lucky to meet Lorelai the day she was born on  March 25, 2010 at 8:05 a.m. weighing 8lb 5oz and 21 in long!!!

AJ and Trevor are proud big cousins!!

Dylan didn't know quite what to do at the beginning and wanted nothing to do with her but once he was there a bit he liked her a lot!

Her hands and feet were so long and her fingers and toes were even longer!!

Silly picture of AJ.... CUTE picture of Lorelai!

Well I guess my boys are officially out numbered by one with girl cousins....yep I have 3 boys and everyone else has GIRLS making it 4 girls and OUR 3 SONS...what are the odds???

AND when is it my turn for a girl?!!?!
